I designed a strategic upsell feature for ShowPlace ICON that resulted in a 20.8% increase in average order value and a notable boost in sales for the promoted items that were typically under-sold.
This made food ordering quick and seamless after ticket booking, helping users save time
Encouraged upgrades from small to large sizes for better value
Promoted specific items that paired well with selected orders, boosting item sales.
Additionally, it also served as a gentle reminder for users to add their usual items at checkout, ensuring nothing was forgotten.
